  • 1 tlbs white sugar
  • 3 cups all purpose flour

    Steps for Completion
  1. Heat up water to 110°F. Whisk together sugar, water, and yeast for 20 strokes. Let stand for 10 min.
  2. Add rest of ingredients. Mix until forms into ball.
  3. Knead dough for 10 minutes.
  4. Grease bowl, add dough, cover with a towel, and let sit until size doubles. This will take about an hour.
  5. Cut dough in half and let sit for another 10 minutes.
